Morning session: Corporate Complicity in International Crimes
09:00h - 12:15h
- Two speakers on the topic of corporate complicity in international crimes.
- Followed by a Q&A.
- Open to (assistant) judges, Public Prosecutors, the police, the bar and academics in the field of international criminal law.
Afternoon session (closed session)
12:15h – 19:00h
- Four presentations from European countries on an international crimes case.
- Exclusively open to (assistant) judges who adjudicate international crimes.
- With the purpose of exchanging experiences and expertise on the national adjudication of international crimes.
- Including lunch and walking dinner.
