Who is in the register?
- People who are under guardianship.
- People who are under administration because they wasted money or have problem debts.
- People who are under administration because of their physical or mental condition, and the judge has decided that the information should be published.
What information is not in the register?
- Most of the administration orders that were made before 1 January 2014 are not available, unless the court decides to publish them.
- People who are under administration because of their physical or mental condition, and the judge has decided that the information does not need to be published.
Information about guardianship cases before 1996 may not be complete. If you want to find missing information, please contact your nearest courthouse.

Who puts the information in the register?
The courts publish the information in the CCBR. Administrators make sure that administration orders are recorded in other public registers, for example in the Land Registry or the Commercial Register.
Can I link the register to my own IT system?
Organisations can use De Rechtspraak’s web service. You can use this service to make an automatic link between the CCBR and your own system.
How can I get a copy of information in the CCBR?
You can use the register to download and save a copy of a registration or a statement that the person is not on the register.
