Central Insolvency Register

The Central Insolvency Register (CIR) on rechtspraak.nl contains the details of:

• bankruptcies;
• suspensions of payment;
• debt rescheduling for natural persons.
  

Insolvency information has been published by the courts since 1 January 2005. After publication of the end of the insolvency, the information remains visible for a period of 6 months.
