Seminar: How will the new Dutch evidence rules affect international commercial dispute resolution?
Amsterdam, 30-01-2025On 29 January 2025, the Netherlands Commercial Court held a seminar titled: How will the new Dutch evidence rules affect international commercial dispute resolution? About 60 persons attended the hybrid seminar, including online attendees from Indonesia, Italy, Germany, Romania, Poland and the United Kingdom.

Amsterdam, 13-01-2025On 1 January 2025, the Dutch Code of Civil Procedure (DCCP) was amended on several points. Most notably, the update includes a simplification and modernisation of the rules of evidence. To mark this occasion, the Netherlands Commercial Court (NCC) is holding an English-language seminar exploring how these changes may affect the resolution of international commercial cases.

Class action workshops IBA Annual Litigation Forum
Amsterdam , 19-04-2024NCC hosted the class action workshops organised by the International Bar Association. 345 Litigation lawyers from all over the world came to the Court building in Amsterdam. They were welcomed by Eveline de Greeve, President of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal, and Duco Oranje, President of the Netherlands Commercial Court of Appeal.
