On 13 November 2024, the Netherlands Commercial Court held a webinar on the various options for dispute resolution, titled: "Jurisdiction clauses: how to escape from the jungle of infinite possibilities?". Lawyers from all over the world attended the webinar.
NCC hosted the class action workshops organised by the International Bar Association. 345 Litigation lawyers from all over the world came to the Court building in Amsterdam. They were welcomed by Eveline de Greeve, President of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal, and Duco Oranje, President of the Netherlands Commercial Court of Appeal.
On 7 February 2024, the Netherlands Commercial Court (NCC) gave a final judgment in proceedings initiated by a US-based Sponsor (DiaMedica Therapeutics Inc), against PRA, a Contract Research Organisation located in the Netherlands.
