In 2009 Poland had a network of Judge-coordinators but it ceased to exist mainly because it lacked of a formal basis.
The aim is to re-establish this network. Every court should at least have two coordinators, one in civil matters, the other in criminal matters. This year an in depth training is planned for future trainers on the network in both EU law as ECHR law.
