Walking from Central Station Amsterdam (10 minutes):

• Leave Central Station at the rear (the side facing the IJ river)
• Cross the street (Ruijterkade) and turn left)
• Continue walking by the river for approximately 650 meters till you reach a bridge on the right side. Cross over that bridge to the IJdok.

Bus from Central Station Amsterdam:

• Leave Central Station at the side of the city center (main entrance)
• Cross Prins Hendrikkade and go to the bus stop Central Station /Prins Hendrikkade
• Take bus 48 heading towards Sloterdijk Station
• Leave the bus at the second bus stop (Westerdoksdijk)
• Walk onto the island IJdok.

After picking up your luggage at the baggage hall of Schiphol Airport follow the taxi signs to the taxi stand or the railway signs to the concourse (train platforms are underground). Travelling by taxi to the Court Building takes about half an hour in low traffic.

Trains are faster: 15 minutes from Schiphol to Amsterdam Central Station (departing every 5 to 10 minutes). For information about purchasing train tickets see this website (ov-chipkaart.nl). The train schedule is available here (ns.nl).

The IJdok accommodates office buildings as well as apartments.
The Court of Appeal is situated at the very end of the Island, on the right hand side.

When entering the IJdok, you will find an underground parking lot on your left hand side. You can collect a parking ticket from the parking ticket machine before entering. Inside the underground parking lot you can use the stairs or elevator to reach the ground level. Leave the parking lot and cross the street to reach the main entrance of the Court of Appeal.

From Leiden/ The Hague
(Den Haag):

• At junction De Nieuwe Meer, take the A10 heading towards A10 Ringweg West/Zaanstad
• Take the S102, heading towards the city center (Centrum)
• After 3,8 km take a left turn onto IJdok; there is a commercial parking lot on the left hand side.

From Zaandam:

• At junction Coenplein, take the A10 heading towards A10 Ringweg West
• Take exit S101 heading towards the city center (Centrum)
• After 1,2 km keep right heading towards the city center (Centrum).
• After 2,8 km turn left onto IJdok; there is a commercial parking lot on the left hand side.

From Muiden /Hilversum:

• At junction Watergraafsmeer, take the A10 heading towards A10 Ringweg Noord
• Take exit S114 heading towards the city center (Centrum)
• After 3,1 km turn right on the Piet Heinkade (S100) heading towards the city center (Centrum)
• After 3,3 km turn right onto IJdok; there is a commercial parking lot on the left hand side.
• After 3,3 km turn right onto IJdok; there is a commercial parking lot on the left hand side.
