In the case EssilorLuxottica vs GrandVision HAL will be included on the side of Grandvision (respondents). Furher the Court of Appeal refers to the court calendar of 24 November 2020 for statement of defence on appeal by GrandVision and HAL. The Amsterdam Court of Appeal has rendered this interim judgment today.
