Live stream of the criminal trial investigation Lech

The District Court in The Hague will hear the criminal case against a man alleged to have a leadership role within the security service of IS (investigation Lech) on various days in September 2026. Due to the expected public interest, a live stream will be available. Registration for the live stream is required. The hearings take place in the secured courtroom 35 in Rotterdam, Posthumalaan 74.

The defendant is charged with participating in a terrorist organization and participating in a criminal organization with the aim of committing international crimes, between 2014 and 2018 in Syria.

The substantive hearing of this case will take place on 14, 16, 17 and 23 September 2026.

The live stream is available in three languages: Dutch, English and Syrian-Arabic.
