Gymnast Yuri van Gelder has lost the interlocutory proceeding that he had instigated against NOC*NSF. This means that NOC*NSF does not need to reconsider its decision not to allow Yuri van Gelder to participate further in the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.
The judge has only made this decision today in a so-called "head-tail-judgment" (kop-staartvonnis). The complete judgment will be published as quickly as possible.
