Inaugural hearing of the Netherlands Commercial Court is a fact

 

Amsterdam, 18 February 2019

Six weeks after the Netherlands Commercial Court (NCC) legislation took effect, the first NCC session was held this morning. The hearing was in summary proceedings on an application filed by Elavon Financial Services DAC for permission to sell pledged shares. IPS Holding BV and others are interested parties.

The court will give directions on the next steps on Tuesday 19 February 2019. Information on scheduled hearings and judgments is available on NCC.gov.nl.
