On Tuesday 26 February 2019 the following hearing is scheduled by the Netherlands Commercial Court (NCC):


10:30am: NCC Court in Summary Proceedings: second hearing on the application filed by Elavon Financial Services DAC for permission to sell pledged shares. IPS Holding BV and others are interested parties. In this session the Swiss Parent of IPS Holding and its recently appointed Administrator will be given an opportunity to be heard in this matter.
